Your staff was prompt with replying when I messaged my concerns when the item hadn’t been delivered, this was also at the time when we had two stat holidays back to back which slowed down delivery. Within a few days after your reply the product was delivered. You had also mentioned in the message that if I did not receive my item you would send me another.
