Install: Just shy of 3 hours with zero issues, Everything fit perfectly, easy to follow instruction. Road use: Stiffer ride (expected) I actually like it. Off-road use: Here is the cherry on top, much better ride navigating trail and everything that entails. No more getting tossed around and the higher clearance is fantastic. Summery: Great product, fast shipping. Highly recommend for anyone wanting more clearance for off-road use.

Had a glitch with an order but it was handled and resolved swiftly by "Bubba" !

I received the soft shackle quickly. There was a slight delay in receiving the front recovery points. I contacted Ironman 4x4 America. The person I spoke with determined what caused the delay and I received the recovery points shortly after. I am satisfied with the products received and the service provided.
