Sent me the wrong blend of beans and never responded to my 3 emails. Mind you, I spent $110 on 5 lbs just to get the wrong beans

I purchased the coffee for a Christmas gift. The recipient could taste the various flavors in the Ethiopian blend coffee. He loves GREAT coffee!!!

It took 2 weeks to receive my order. I ordered 2lbs of whole beans but received ground. I’ve sent multiple emails and left several voice mails to try and fix my order which is a Christmas gift. No one answers the phone. Now I’ll stuck. You may have great coffee but your online store and customer service is giving you a bad reputation. I just want my correct order.
