Im 5'11 183 and the large fits me perfect. I would say if your my height and over 190 go xl. Got the ponderosa green and its beautiful. Its not cold enough to try it out yet but it seems as warm as any thin lined leather jacket. First thing my 29 year old daughter said was WOW!
