Dear Google Review, On May 12, 2021, I purchased two of your iRocker boards through our friend, Elizabeth, who purchased two of her own. We were excited when our units arrived to our home in Aruba. From the beginning, we had nothing but trouble. Within the first week one of the boards was leaking air. I purchased rubber cement and repair the leak. Within the first year, one of the two pumps stopped working. Within the second year, another leak occurred again I repaired the board. I reached out to iRocker and their response was to provide a discount on a new pump. I used my paddle board a total of 20 times. After every use, I would bring them to my home and wash them thoroughly. After every visit to the island, I wash and store them according to the guideline instructions. In January of 2023, I completed a renovation of my home in Aruba. I stored my boards at a friend’s home on the island. On August 7, I returned to the island and was excited to use the boards. I was very disappointed with the quality of the storage bags as the zippers did not work and the straps disintegrated. When I inflated the units, both exploded when they reached 10 PSI. I have pictures of same. I look forward to using the boards this week with my wife and daughters. I am very disappointed with iRocker. Last year, my family was in Portugal and we went paddle boarding in the Algarve. Our guide said that the boards he had have been inflated for 5 years with no problems. Fortunately, the units were not iRocker. So, where do we go from here? I would like two new units with one new pump. Anything other than this request would be considered unexceptionable. Love love the board but don’t buy white you will see all the glue on each edge and around the d-rings. The top foam that you stand on is already peeling off.

Irocker recalled my SUP (Blackfin XL) but never sent me a new one. I was told to destroy my SUP and send them a photo as proof, which I did back in February. I have since sent dozens of emails to them about this, but have not received my replacement board. I sometime receive an email with an empty promise that they are looking into it, bet I never hear anything more. This is beyond frustrating, as this summer is almost over now, s Totally unexceptable!

Poor customer service, does not reply to various emails, customer left out in the cold, cannot recommend iRocker anymore, still waiting for information on an order from nearly 4 weeks ago!

Compre la tabla en Junio de 2022 y al mes, casi sin poder estrenarla me comunicaron que estaba defectuosa por las costuras, debía destruirla y me la remplazarían. Enero de 2023 todavía no he recibido el producto y lo que es peor notificación de cuando podre tener la tabla, ya que nadie de IROKER se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. pague entre la tabla y los accesorios unos 1000€ por un producto que no he podido usar nunca por estar defectuoso y hace mas de 8 meses. esta es mi experiencia, siento ser tan critico. Un saludo.
