I have only been using the system for about 2 weeks and I am seeing a significant difference in the amount of hair I lose every day. I was pulling out clumps and starting to see many noticeable places where my scalp was more visible. It will obviously take time for regrowth to happen but the fact that I’m losing a lot less in such a short amount of time gives me hope of getting my hair back.

My iRestore professional arrive quickly. I've been using the product as specified and eagerly awaiting results. So far the iRestore professional is very easy to use and the rechargeable battery pack makes it very convenient. Enjoying the product so far.

IRestore is all about making sure the customer has a great experience. I’m new to the product and can’t talk about results yet but the customer service aspect has been fantastic to this point.

I am pretty pleased with this product and the customer service is very responsive; however, I do wish there was an option at checkout to select which size inserts you need. I have a large head and the inserts in there were too big for my head to fit comfortably. I was told these are $1.99 plus shipping and handling and was made to feel like they were doing me a favor by sending me only 1 for free. Looking like I am going to need to purchase 2 more of the smaller inserts that go inside the helmet if I want this thing to fit comfortably. Slightly aggravating.

Happy with the service and delivery process. product has good build quality. used it a few times already, results to be seen but only small issue I have is the cushions which don't hold the helmet on top of my head, instead my head gradually slides all the way into the helmet, it prevents air circulation and makes it hot and humid inside which is uncomfortable so I have to pause the process and remove the helmet then resume it minutes later. Is there different size cushions or any other solutions available for people who don't particularly have big head? I would be happy to order. Overall happy with my purchase and look forward to see results. Thank you.

Hi, I had the older version and it didn't work as well as the new one. I have seen a significant reduction in hair loss. I still have some but it is not as bad as before! Light therapy was recommended by my neurologist after suffering blunt trauma to my head. IDK what happened after that but my hair was falling off by the hand full as if I was on chemo. It was really scary.

Unfortunately, this system has not kept my hair from shedding and thinning. I do love the shampoo and conditioner because they make my hair look thicker. However, my scalp shows at the part line and crown.

I upgraded to the Pro late in August 2019 and began using the iRestore shampoo and conditioner at the same time. While the Original iRestore helped a lot, the Pro is even better and more comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner is making my hair feel and look thicker. My scalp is almost completely covered. Now I have been taking the Hair Gummy Vitamins for 30 days and intend to take them at least another 60 days to make sure they have a good chance to work. Very easy to use

I've used the essential for over two months with good results. I upgraded and now use the professional. My results are excellent and obvious. I have yet to see if my bald spot will fill in completely. I now have thin short hairs and some thicker hairs where I had only skin before.
