order was shipped as requested

The order could've been processed quicker. It was several days between placing the order and it's shipping. Everything else was fine.

I paid for next day air early delivery. I then called to make sure I would get it next day and I was assured it would be delivered. It took 2 days. I needed it in one day. I give them credit for the lowest price for the item I ordered.

Slow Shipping process. . . don't use them if needing a hot item for a factory.

Where is my part? I spoke with someone on Monday who advised the part would be fast tracked and delivered by Wednesday. It is the end of the business day on Thursday and the part is still in a different state. No expedited shipping as promised. I was testing your company to see how fast you ship orders. I will be going elsewhere, I have an order with another vendor for 25 of the exact part.

The web said regular ground shipping 3-4 days. I have a week waiting for the item

I have been waiting for the $200 credit on my order that was promised to me. Please!!!

Ordered a pool salt cell online due on the website stating they had 3 in stock and 2-3 day shipping. Ordered on May 11th. Contacted customer service three separate times the following week about the anticipated arrival date. Each time they said they didn't know why it hadn't shipped yet. Finally, a UPS label was created on May 19th, and currently on May 21, that is still the status. It still hasn't been picked up by UPS yet.
