Still haven’t received my part and it was ordered next day air

Where is my part? I spoke with someone on Monday who advised the part would be fast tracked and delivered by Wednesday. It is the end of the business day on Thursday and the part is still in a different state. No expedited shipping as promised. I was testing your company to see how fast you ship orders. I will be going elsewhere, I have an order with another vendor for 25 of the exact part.

The web said regular ground shipping 3-4 days. I have a week waiting for the item

Ordered a pool salt cell online due on the website stating they had 3 in stock and 2-3 day shipping. Ordered on May 11th. Contacted customer service three separate times the following week about the anticipated arrival date. Each time they said they didn't know why it hadn't shipped yet. Finally, a UPS label was created on May 19th, and currently on May 21, that is still the status. It still hasn't been picked up by UPS yet.

It took twelve days from my order until you shipped. And only been after my contacted , you and threatened

This was the only place where I found a new Vehicle Dock. I called to make sure it was in stock, and the operator answered quickly without keeping me waiting. After confirming availability, I placed the order. Three days later I received it, installed it, and so far everything is working well

I hit up this company and asked them to make a quote for 15 different items from different brands. Didn’t really expect anything fast, but they sent the whole thing in like 5 minutes. Later I found out they’ve got some app that puts everything together real quick. Honestly, that surprised me — stuff like this usually takes half a day, easy. But they got it done and sent over super fast. After that, just like we talked about, I got my order in about two weeks. Everything came in fine.
