Customer Service was not appreciated, products were lost and were noted as expiring between 2-4 weeks. Isle of Dogs should have been more forthcoming on timing.

would have been a 5 star BUT the person I seeked advice from recommended a product that had lavender in it that i specifically stated i could not use because of my allergies. fortunately, i found that before i ordered it.

Best shampoo I’ve ever use on my miniature black poodle. I bought the shampoo and conditioner. And she is so soft and silky! The finishing spray should be here any day but I really don’t need it because the shampoo and conditioner worked excellent best shampoo and conditioner I have Never used on her and she’ll be 10 years old in June and she’s beautiful and now she’s beautiful and silky lol

Love this Silky Oatmeal Shampoo. Leaves my Cavalier King Charles Spaniels soft, silky, shiny, and they smell good too. It also seems to help to keep tangles to a minimum between brushings and baths.

Terrible customer service

Love, Love , Love! Recommend 100%. Best shampoo for Yorkies or Sikies! Tried other hypoallergenic shampoos in the past. They ended still itchy with course hair and not smelling the best. Love Isle of Dogs Jasmine and Vanilla. They are soooo soft and smell heavenly! I hope they never discontinue.
