Ordered a belt and immediately needed an exchange because the sizing didn’t fit. I followed the instructions provided and emailed their returns team with my order information, but it’s been 2 days with zero response. Pretty frustrating customer service experience so far, especially for something as simple as a size exchange. Hoping they improve communication and response times.

Love the hoodie. Nice heavy weight and comfy. Only bad things I would say were the wait to get it and the hand pocket on the top left side has the stitching coming out. Was able to have a family member do a quick fix on it.
