The service was great! They a knowledged the problem I was having. The item of part shipped so fast!. I only rated 4 stars because unfortunately it still makes a slight buzzing noise when on with the new cord :(. Other then that the mirror is beautiful and I love it!!!

I love my RIKI so much, I even brought one for my sister. The mirror is so elegant looking in my bathroom. I do suggest you buy the shipping insurance. My small mirror was broke and the shipping company replaced it.

I love the tall mirror, one of my favorite purchases. I can’t get the Bluetooth to work at all. But I’m not sure I would have used it much anyways. If it did work- I’d give 5/5 ⭐️ stars

Perfect the price of the shipment is too expensive but the rest was perfect

I absolutely love the mirror 5 stars! But the reason for the 4 stars is the stand does not stay up. It slides back all the time. I’m afraid it’ll slide back and the expensive mirror will break. There should’ve been a rubber type bottom on the back piece of the stand that goes all the way through not halfway on the plastic. And not just the full front piece. This way it would be more secure.

Love my mirror! The one thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay the courier service almost 30 dollars in duty charges(?) before they would deliver my items. That is the only thing that would keep me from ordering more products. That was very frustrating!
