I’m finding that the constant
I’m finding that the constant and ongoing lengthy shipping delays are not being addressed - AT ALL - and probably will never be taken seriously by USGB. If not for Matthew Atchison being such a great man to work with and learn from - I probably would have stopped buying from and selling to USGB a long while ago.

Great products and service. As a suggestion, if an option could become available to pick up my metals once shipped (e. g. at a UPS or FedEx store), I think this would be great. While it’s convenient having it shipped to my door, I like having the extra layer of protection, by picking it up from a secure location.
