Well usually I like Fleshlight and can basically recommend them. The reason I give a not so good review is because I'm a little frustrated with the price/quality ratio of the products. For 80 € Fleshlights are pretty expensive and for that price I would expect a flawless product. In reality most cases feel very cheap and the caps and the ring that holds the sleeve in place don't fit too well on many cases. I mean that's no problem for a 40 € product but for 80 € I expect more. The sleeves are really good If you receive a flawless one. In case you receive a defective sleeve Fleshlights customer service will send a replacement once and let you keep the defective sleeve saying: "We also remind you that we cannot accept opened/used items in our warehouse, so in any case it will not be necessary for you to return the products to us." but that's a straight lie. I recently have received a defective sleeve and the replacement had the same defect. Customer service told me it's a serial Error and they can't do anything about it. I asked for a refund and they said that would be no problem if I send the sleeves back. But wait didn't customer service initially tell me they can't accept opened/used items in their warehouse and in ANY case I don't have to send anything back? Yeah that seems like a lie to me. So if you receive a flawless sleeve and are lucky with the case quality I totally recommend Fleshlight but be aware depending on what you think the quality of a 80 € product should be you might have to contact customer service.

Delivery took a bit longer than I’d have liked but it was discreet and the product is good. One of the boxes was kind of torn and flattened though.

Products are great, but I've submitted queries on 3 separate occasions and had no response whatsoever. Also there seems to be no way to submit product reviews even on goods purchased direct from the site which is odd since they form the basis of a reward in the customer loyalty programme. Emailed c/s about that too but heard nothing yet again. Missed out on a sale as I couldn't get ANY of the promo codes they'd given me to work and I couldn't contact them, and on another occasion because I couldn't get an answer about a product and missed it at 'sale price'. Shockingly badly run.

Nice selection, high prices but for good quality toys, sober package witch is a plus in the case where you can't be here for the delivery.
