Beautiful clothes and shoes but the hassle and terrible returns process for EU returns is really a pity. I would buy so much from this company if they updated their returns policy and included a prepaid label that didn’t put the responsibility on the customer. A real shame.

Great service, fast shipping, impeccably packaged.

Excellent and fast service and delivery

Excellent service.

Great product and great experience!

Love the products! Super cute! Really fast shipping too!

Excellent

Refer to previous feedback re delivery via DHL as not reliable and not at all a good service.

The delivery took much longer than what’s stated within the website, however, the customer care was being very responsive and helpful

Great

Beautiful and excellent quality

Beautiful shoes for my 3 year old granddaughter La Coqueta has exquisite clothes for the little ones

Fantastic service

Emily was very helpful in resolving my issue with a lost parcel. Both pairs of shoes I bought from you were very delayed and although one did finally arrive, one is still missing. The customer service has been very good. However, I won’t be buying from you again as I won’t use EVRI in the future. I will check with all retailers I buy from and I won’t use companies that use EVRI.

I’m so pleased I discovered La Coqueta. I found a lovely coat for my granddaughter. And then tights. And a dress. Little shoes. I’m thrilled! Incredibly well made products with skillful needlework make every purchase worthwhile. I love sharing the classic designs I grew up in. IYKYK❤️
