Just as described on the site. Install, I was able to lift and support the existing stack, then unbolt the guide rods top and bottom lifting out the guide rods removing the plate spacers leaving the rubber bumper. Stacking the new plates in the proper direction reinserting the guide rods, took a wiggling and finesse for the guide rods, reattached the guide rods and lowering the original stack. I did remove the upper inner Inspired shroud and pulled the inner curtain up out of the way using a bungee😳😬😂 maybe 20 minutes each side max and I was back in business.

We ordered the m3 with the leg press. Came in about 3 weeks after ordering and we discovered it did not have some of the pulleys. Called and told to do request online. Did that and then told they would ship out. It’s now been 3 weeks and nothing. What a waste of thousands of dollars for an unusable unit. Not a happy customer!

Shipping was good, other than that our house didn't have a large enough forklift to satisfy the driver and we had to be home at a random time. I suspect product development is in a beauty studio where nobody actually ran because it is fabulous until you turn it on.

Never received the equipment. Company has not responsibly verified that they filled the ordered and completed the shipment. Asked for a refund because of the excessive delay and I still haven’t received the product, no response.
