Terrible service. Horrible Customer Service in my opinion. It’s been one month since I ordered my bracelet and had to reach out to figure out that it was never shipped according to shipping label. If I don’t reach out no one reaches out to me and lets me know I was never going to receive my bracelet. I am never buying again.

thought it was a beautiful great idea and bought my daughter a bracelet w 4 charms and the clip broke or opened and my daughter lost her charm very disappointing as it was not cheap and this was her first baby ! Girl in store was very nice but product did not hold up … wish i could have it fixed !

Love this company. You do an amazing job with the bracelets and what is engraved on them.

I purchased 2 bracelets after receiving as a gift. I love the the bracelets and so did the recipients. I was originally unimpressed with the buying process via the online store because the card inserts were not included and it took days for me to receive a response from customer service. Even after receiving a response, I was advised to find a local store and get it the there. I was a bit frustrated. However, the store clerk (her name was Vee) at the Florida Mall in Orlando turned my frown into a smile. Not only did they have the cards I needed, she was so kind and helpful. She packaged both bracelets in gift boxes for me and gifted me a beautiful bracelet for National Women's Month. I will definitely purchase again, but it will be in-store going forward.

The girl working there was very nice but very pushy. It was very fast from me just saying I like the bracelet to telling the guy "ok go size this" and I paid WAY more than I would normally be willing to for a bracelet that I could probably make at hobby lobby.
