I have been buying from Innovacion Natural for years. Unfortunately last time I ordered I received an empty package. I called and filed claim and I went to post office to see if it got lost there. It basically looked like the seal of the package was not sealed correctly and that's how the bottle could have gotten lost. Basically after dealing them them over the phoen and messages im out my money cause they refused to do anything about it and closed my claim. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Be careful with your money.

Tengo un tiempo usando productos de demo grass pero por accidente me mandaron un frasco sin sello de seguridad y cual fue mi sorpresa al revisar los demás que mayoría de las caupsulas venían vacías ah ni fue todo apartir de ahí ya no te contestan el teléfono y te piden pruebas de que el paquete llego dañado y les mandas todo y te dicen que no les llego que se las mandes de nuevo a otro numero y que no llegaron tampoco pero les marcas de otro numero y te contestan muy amables pero te escuchan y rápido cuelgan sin mas muy mala práctica ojalá que no les permitan seguir engañando a la jente de mi parte tienen un sero en atención al cliente y en respaldo con la seguridad delos productos.

When our usual place closed their business, ot took us awhile to find a place that carried our usual products, but everywhere either had them at high prices or were out of the country, and then we found this gem and it's saved our lives! We can find just about every natural product we're looking for (we mostly just buy the Artri-king and Artri Ajo King but we've bought a few different selections). Their website takes a little long to load at times but it's organized so we can find what we're looking for pretty quickly. We've done all the shipping rates, but our products still arrive quickly. All in all, we're very pleased with Innovacion Natural!

I have been taking Demograss Classico on and off for several years. I just finished a 5 month restart. I am starting to use the Demograss Premium and I love the ingredients and I don't seem to have the urgency that I had with the Classico. Love it!
