I was expecting a long time for shipping, however it took even longer to process. Using the tracking number took some copy and pasting as well, even though the number is a hyperlink in the email. I ordered four tattoos and only received three of the ones I picked. Haven't tried the actual tattoos yet.

I wish I could review the product, but I never got it. They used USPS and the package was lost, I requested it be resent, after some hesitation they finally sent a new package after a 2 week delay. The new package was also lost. I was disappointed they used the same carrier and didn't expedite it, again it was lost, the third try they said I could pay to FedEx the item instead. I opted for a refund, but since when does a company make you pay to fix a order that should have taken at most 5 days and now has over a 22 day turnaround. I've worked in retail shipping and that is an unforgivable delay THEY should do anything to resolve, not put it on the customer to pay for the "free shipping" because the carrier they use can't get the job done. How they respond to issues says a lot about the company, if support is inadequate how is the rest of the business functioning?

Had to wait 1 month for it to come and when it came I applied it straight away following the instructions carefully and after 2 days the result was a weak and spotty tattoo, I applied pressure to all parts of the tattoo and one side didn't even show up... now I have this mess on my arm for weeks

Liked the idea behind it, but my custom orders were both denied for complexity which kind of sucks because I was looking to test out future tattoo designs. I was fully refunded so I'm not too upset.

I love these tattoos so much they look great I have ordered around 4 of them now, my only problem was on one of my orders it didn’t come with the special wipe, luckily it didn’t make a noticeable difference during and after application.

I love the products but I would like it if we could choose how big we want the tattoos.

Lots of options, tattoo arrived on time. Directions are okay to follow. Definitely need two people to help. Mine only lasted 8 days, so very disappointed. It was pretty while it lasted. Pressure is very important when applying. Lotion, washing, and perfume accelerates the fading. I've already bought again, hopefully it will last longer this time.
