Purchase was easy, site used to track shipping was atrocious. Tracking number would show up as "not found" so was flying blind as to when my package would arrive.

The product arrived quickly. I tried it once for a home-cooked steak in a pan. It's simple to use, and the app interface is very user-friendly. I'll have to test it on longer cooking sessions to fully assess the thermometer's accuracy, but it seems very reliable even after the first use.
