The website and product were perfect. The delivery was very slow, but that could have been an An Post issue.

Next Day Irish Delivery advertised heavily all over the top of the store page.... fantastic!! Ordered Wednesday before next day Irish delivery cut off time. No sign of delivery or shipping email by Thursday - queried this to be told it would be collected Thurs evening. Tracking info shows it collected late Friday evening. Package was delivered Monday. Due to amount spent it qualified for free delivery and hence AnPost selected. An email to confirm and query this has since gone unanswered (2 weeks). It was close to Christmas period but to ignore emails and not give the correct information is very poor. We used this website because of its next day Irish delivery and in this instance actually required it. Not impressed.

The thermometer is not good at all. Does not deserve the value, and does not look like original. Hard to use and is not practical.
