Not a smoker, never have been, hope to never be, I've thought about getting into vaping, but I need to be 21 or older, but these small disposable vapes are perfect, and they taste amazing. I don't really notice any changes with the B12, but they're definitely fun to have.

Best sleep aid ever
I bought this after seeing it on TikTok and I have to say it works so much better than melatonin pills. With the pills I feel groggy and restless. with the vape I was able to achieve a normal sleep schedule relatively easily when it's usually a nightmare for me. Currently I'm sick so I'm not using it but will be returning to it once I feel better. The sickness is unrelated to the vape. To me it tastes like hot cocoa which isn't a bad thing. I breathe in for three seconds hold it for two and then breathe out. I love that this has no nicotine or tobacco and no negative chemicals like a regular vape. It really helps my body relax so I can go to sleep I absolutely love it and will continue using it.

The hit was very soft and wasn’t aggressive on my throat so it felt nice. And although I didn’t taste anything it smelled really nice and i think it helped me get better sleep I really like this product and am probably going to get it again
