Service is great - on the couple of occasions where I've been told not to take supplements for a couple of weeks prior to medical procedures the team has been very responsive and helpful in delaying my subscription by a couple of weeks. Great comms too to remind me that my subscription is about to renew and that it has renewed

In 2019 I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and prescribed medication. Last year I also struggled with hip bursitis. After several months of physio the pain persisted, so I decided to try Ingenious collagen. Within weeks the pain had gone away and a few months later I had to stop my medication as my white blood cell count was too low. Despite stopping, my joints remained pain free, so I no longer take the medication that also caused fatigue. I have more energy and am pain free.
