Easy to purchase with. Good selection of gr8flex accessories and gym in matching colors. We had a home gym that wasn't getting a lot of use. We just started back into exercising and decided to reassess our gym equipment. Our Bowflex, in the 20 years we owned, was too complicated, and took too much space. I was late night shopping and looked up Total Gym on Amazon and this gym came up instead. It got "gr8t" reviews and looked easier, and had a good weight capacity which would work well for one of our sons. A YouTube reviewer of gym equipment, gave a really good overall review and, said in comparison to Total Gym this gym had more ease of use and adaptability for more types of exercises. I showed it to my husband the next day, and after watching videos on it and reading more reviews we decided to purchase it. We bought the Gym on Amazon and then realized there were also accessories for more advanced work outs, not available on Amazon. We went directly to the website and purchased those. While we have only had the unit and accessories for less than a week, my husband has put it together and has been using it each morning and loves it. We all plan on using it! I did try it and it seems very easy to use. You can work your way up into more advanced exercises. The accessories seem easy to change out for different workouts. My husband uses it in the morning. He really loves the exercises working his core muscles. He says he feels really good after a work out and feels he is being able to target areas much more easily than on the bowflex. When he's tried using the Bowflex, he found he was spending a lot of time trying to figure out what to hook up where thank actually getting a good workout. He likes how ease it is to transition into each exercise, targeting multiple areas. This week we have been working on clearing out old gym and finding them new homes. I would love to see video tutorials describing how to use/assemble ALL attachments for the GR8Flex with a voiceover. The ones provided on your YouTube channel are helpful, but having someone speak/walk you through assembly would be much more helpful, please! Thank you for your hard work! :)

Excellent build quality

Purchased GR8FLEX XL system in December 2024 primarily for use as a leg press to regain leg strength after total knee replacement. Really like the ease of use and variety of exercises. Planning to upgrade with the new adjustable glide board.

I purchased the GR8FLEX in Jan 2025. I have a full gym at home and to be honest, this machine gives me a better workout always requiring your core to be used. It's very well built and very smooth. You can really workout on everybody part. Highly recommended. I would recommend getting the bundle with all accessories it's worth it

I've been using my GR8FLEX system for over a year and it's one of my main home gym options. The customer service was very responsive to my initial concerns with the gym and resolved my issues with 72 hours. The built-in band system is one of my favorite options and allows for quick change resistance for circuit training. The larger squat board is a definite plus However, I do have to share my glide board space with my dog who apparently enjoys the "ride" during my workouts!

Easy ordering process. Equipment came sooner than expected. A little more detailed instruction on the individual attachments would be appreciated. Had to search different youtube how-to videos for info that should have been included. Us 70-year-olds still like to see printed instructions/pictures. That said, the unit is quite sturdy and function is smooth.

Now that I received both the GR8FLEX & Adjustable Dumbells I love them! And since I've been out of shape for sometime now it's taking me a li'l bit getting used to using the GR8FLEX. But the Dumbells are GREAT! I love them both! Thanks for your 8th Anniversary Special Deal!
