Having found Infinity CBD through many searches on line, I was very impressed with the advice provided meaning I was able to make my first order with confidence. The products were for my elderly mum and she was over the moon to receive her parcel. The only minor criticism was the lack of delivery tracking and notifications, nor were there any instructions for use in the package. However, a quick referral to the website and mum was up and running… looking forward to exploring more products to achieve the best level of pain relief.

Awesome customer service-I accidentally clicked on free delivery but being the impatient type wanted it ASAP-I emailed explaining this,no problem,no extra charge-it arrived the next morning ,now that’s how to look after your customers

Been waiting for a product since the 9th of December, now it’s the 2ed of January now and still can’t get hold of the trader extremely disappointed. Not responding to emails phone calls. Has caused a lot of upset over Christmas as missing a Christmas present.
