The wrist band and gloves I bought fit ok but I can't really say if they have had any benefit. I will say the fabric is already fraying so I'm concerned with the durability.

I had to exchange a hip brace because the size suggested and ordered was too small. The person that helped me via the chat was very kind and efficient and getting the exchange started. I expressed that I needed the brace for a trip that I was leaving on within a very short timeframe. I took the original brace into USPS which triggered the new item to be shipped out. The process went so smoothly that the shipping made in time for my trip. Very grateful.

I wore 2 pair of socks for 2 weeks, changing daily. I did not notice any improvement in arthritis pain yet. The socks fit loose.
