Item arrived at my works address before 8am and was excepted by a colleague. With no name on address label the parcel was opened to find the recipient. My name on the label would have prevented my embarrassment

I’ve purchased items before and have always been pleased with product and service. I bought almost identical items a week apart, the first for a gift and they were wrapped in plastic, looked new and useable. This order was Not in plastic and just seemed stuffed into the package to post. I would have to wash them anyway before use but it was as if the items were not new. Only need prevented me returning them. I also noticed quite a few items were out of stock but they could be a supplier issue.
