Bad customer service

I have been out of shape for some time now. Always making one excuse or the other. My friend told me about this program and I was apprehensive, but there is a pre-workout schedule for people like me. The work outs are great and can be done at home which is crucial right now. I am starting to feel more accomplished in life. The recipe book makes it so easy to start and change your way of looking at meals and food prep.

I first started using the BodyBoss program to loose the baby weight, now returning to the program after 3 years it is the same fun, energizing and impactful experience but BETTER. I love having the book, but the online version has it all too, the pages to see what is in store for you and the videos to work out along side the trainer. The nutrition guide has completely inspired new dinners, better snacks and more knowledge about what is best for me. Love this program, keep it up team!
