The entire purchasing and delivery process was excellent.

My daughter got it for Christmas and loves it. Easy handling, great design, great quick pictures. The daughter is now also learning the color composition when printing photos! However, a point deduction for the amount of plastic that is generated again and again when replacing the printing papers.
