Promp delivery - good website

The plaque that we ordered was exactly what we had in mind - very professional and high quality.

I paid extra for overnight shipping to arrive on 3/14 (and was told by Jesus, cc Shabbir, that my order would arrive on that day). I told Jesus if the order will not arrive by 3/15 at the latest I need to cancel. The order arrived on 3/18 and my gift was late. I have asked multiple times for compensation for this by way of a partial shipping refund, at least the upgrade cost to overnight, no response. My requests are being ignored. I hope that whoever reads these reviews has the courtesy to respond and help with my request. Niall Cantwell

Overall the sign we ordered from Impact Signs was stunning. the team was very communicative throughout the entire process and the timeline and shipping of the sign were excellent. We would definitely order from the company again.

The template worked out great. Installing the letters was easy after drilling the holes through the template. It looks great and my neighbors love the upgrade to our sub’s monument!
