I love your products. Have the glasses pouch, as well.

Your staff was most accomodating and understood what I needed. One woman called me back with additional info about my order. Carry On!

leather quality is great. simplifies carrying four glasses for my husband and myself into two. bright colors make it super easy to find in my tote. wish they were a bit wider for sunglasses because my husband's are larger and i can't snap the case on one side.

Amount to return was nearly 50% cost of item.

I made a mistake in urhsing the credit card holders when I ment to purchse the coin holders which I LOVE. I feel like I would like to return this and switch it for the items I just spoke of. What to do? I hope the multi coin holders still exist in multiple colors. THANK YOU. Wendy Fox

The item was shipped in a very expedient manner and I received communication from shipping to delivery. Great service! Packaging was professionally done and I love the little (but useful) gift.

I love this company and their products, which are always of the best quality. I now own four of their handbags which have withstood the test of time and always get compliments. As a bonus their customer service is outstanding!

The bag seems great so far. Unfortunately there was some confusion with the shipping tracking information and there was an unnecessary delay in receiving the bag. The shipping department changed the tracking number and didn't relay the information to myself or the office. Maya assisted to clear up the matter and I am happy with my bag. Despite that, I would still recommend Ili New York.

Perfect. Just as expected

I purchased the tan color of the same style purse a couple of years ago and the size is perfect: just large enough to hold two pairs of glasses, car keys, credit cards, etc, yet small enough to be light weight and easy to wear either cross body or on one side. The black purse I bought is great.

From choosing a fabulous Ili item, to holding it in your hands, the process is always a pleasure. And sometimes you will even find a small gift. Thank you!

These leopard gloves make my heart sing. They make everything groovy. I loved them so much that I bought a second pair!

Great products and very quick delivery
