As the wife of an airline pilot I travel a lot. I have over the past two years worn a lot of different masks. I fly smart is a very comfortable mask it does not hurt my ears when wearing for long period of times and I can breath without feeling like I am gasping for air. Its everything I would want in a mask. Esp. when they are all individually wrapped made it easy to throw some in suitcase, some in truck and then in car my problem was after getting a couple of them that did not have nose wire in them I sat down and counted that a box of 50, 10 did not have the wire in them and was useless to me. What was alarming was how much I depend on that to cover my nose and hold it in place for the protection I need.

Easy to place the order as soon as the mask was available. The one thing will be nice, is that if the company give the option of choose the colors , instead of having all the same color , in that was I’ll get colors for me as well.

Horrible customer service, you have to rely on social media to get a message to them and no one responds to emails. For two months now I have been trying to get a new shipment that was lost by FedEx.
