Not only did they send me a wrong pad (and a dirty one at that) they also stopped responding to me once I send them the requested pictures.

I am a clumsy guy and ordered a white playmat (depresso). In my second week, I already spilled a whole coffee… I followed the instructions for cleaning, and it is back in perfect condition

There are 3 things - 1) The most disappointing thing is that my mousepad (the anime themed with Chopper on it) had stains on it. . . sorry, but how do you send over a product that has stains on it? 2) The colour is actually pretty off. The backround colour is not light, but kind of ugly greyish color. . . 3) The smell, okey, I'll try to wash it out and might solve it, but still, I am not kidding when I say that our whole apartment was smelly for literally hours. I actually thought of giving 1 star, but at least the mousepads I ordered arrived and they are made from nice and soft material. But I would not order again. . .

I am super happy with the mouse mat it is good and the print quality is great!!! At first i had some issues with the shipping but there support was great and they really helped me out!!

I got scammed i ordered a mousepad in november its now feb and i still dont have it i have contacted multiple times and they havent answered also didnt get my money back

Purchased several customised mats of 3 different sizes. Excellent customer service throughout. My supplied Graphic was not high enough resolution so they made their own copy to ensure that it looked sharp enough (and it looks great!). They all look fantastic and are of great quality - Me & my team were very happy to receive them. They also arrived quicker than I was expecting. I got my mouse mat today and I'm so happy with it. The print is great and detailed, the colours just like on the picture I uploaded. The material quality is great and mouse works perfectly smooth on it. I had to wait for a while, but given international shipping during Brexit & Covid-19 situation, it's understandable. The quality is amazing and was worth the wait. 10/10

As always, i was sceptical with the company especially with custom items but this one prove me to be so wrong. Ordered a mouse mat half a year ago, it arrived and it was very good but during the corona virus lockdown, communications was a little hit and miss which was understandable. After a few months of using the product and following the maintenance advice, some of the colour came off during the maintenance process. I contacted customer service to see if i can self repair the issue. Instead of asking what was wrong with it, they just said "we changed our printing methods and now its machine washable, let me send you a new one" I was blown away by that as i was expecting to pay something or buy another one as it was a good product to begin with. So after waiting a week or so for the new one to arrive.... Wow..... just WOW!! The new mat was heavy in tone (my mouse mat is mainly black and white) so if my mouse mat was in colour, it would of been amazingly vibrant. The shades are depth and punchy and the details are very prominent compared with the old one. Stitching around the edges of the mouse mat are much tighter and dense so less chances of it catching your sleeve and the quality of finish on top is much smoother for easier mouse glide. I can't recommend this company enough as their quality lives up to what they declared and they deliver in all aspects!! Only hiccup on size of mouse mat is that i wish they allow custom size mouse mat as well! I will definitely be back!

Extremely happy with my product. The quality is right up there with brand named mouse mats but with the added benefit of it being custom made for me! Picture is perfectly printed on the mat and my mouse glides over it with ease. Ordering was a breeze and delivering took about a week (even through Covid). Presentation of the mat was also a nice touch with it coming in a velvet sock. Will consider buying from IDGaming again in the future.

The print was amazing and all the colours same out great. The texture of the mat is a perfect balance from grip and slipperiness compared to my old big mouse mat.

Product is good and did eventually arrive after forcing the issue. Unfortunately Delays on the order and poor communication from the company made the experience unpleasant. Not happy and I won't be using IDGaming for this again.

One of the best mats I’ve owned, couldn’t of get any more detail into the smoke clouds if they tried. It’s bang on. Reading a few comments saying it just glides & its terrible for FPS. I play BF & Overwatch a lot of the time and the glide is perfect for me so I guess it depends on how you hold your mouse in long term. Never the less amazing for me I love it.
