This was my first purchase from Icebreaker and being between sizes I opted for the bigger size of Women’s Merino Blend 200 Crush Ankle Pants but unfortunately, they were too big. Being new to this site, I wrote to Customer Service to find out how to deal with this situation. I received a reply very soon (within less than one-hour, nice surprise!) and it was from Teagan. Her guidance was very professional, knowledgeable and beyond that with so much kindness that impressed me. Now I am very happy customer with perfect fitting smaller size pants, thanks to Teagan’s advice. Her recommendation on the return was as well very helpful. I love I icebreaker. I have at least 20 icebreaker products. Couple of product suggestions. 1) shifter pants mens- please increase the seize of the pockets. I love using it when I travel. But on flight I can't even put my earphone or phone in pocket as seize is small and would fall out of pocket. 2) I have a merino zipper hoodie, not sure of the name- it has a white line made of something PU like material on both sides of the zipper, it starts peeling off. Please don't use unnecessary materials especially when you are not sure it is going to last. I will upload picture. Anyway, thank you for constructing such marvelous products. Huge admirer of your works.

Icebreaker Merino Glove Liners 200 Light Weight are everything you'd want in a glove liner. They are lightweight yet warm, and long enough to cover the wrist area (which is otherwise exposed, even with the usual main gloves). They seem solidly constructed and well-sewn. My only complaint regards the tag inside one glove with information about the gloves in multiple languages. It's a BIG tag, and secured impressively, but it invites ruining that glove unless one VERY carefully cuts it away (because it's neither comfortable nor useful where it is). Please reconsider the placement of that info. It's quite annoying to have to remove that monster tag before one can comfortably wear the gloves.

Great experience with purchase and shipping. Sure wish icebreaker would offer more choice of styles like they used to have. Like proper fitting pants and beautiful knitted sweaters. The choices now are just lounge wear and base layers.

This is astoundingly helpful underneath my cycling jersey even in very hot weather. Doesn’t stink, passes moisture through, stretches, and did I mention it doesn’t stink. Lightweight, super comfortable. I am 5’11” and 180 and medium fits perfect for a base layer.
