I bought the ICAN G40 700C wheels. I'm very pleased with the quality and appearance. Mounting the tubeless tire was easy, and the tire sealed very easily. I recommend it.

Great wheels at a fair price. I bought a set of Aero 35s years ago with the unbranded hubs and abused the heck out of them on my CX bike. Maintenance was required but nothing out of the ordinary. I just bought a set of Aero 38s with DT Swiss hubs. Both sets seem to ride the same. They are light, suitably stiff, and responsive in tight, steep single track and over roots and ruts. I can also speak to their solid customer service. When I need to know bearing sizes and spoke lengths they responded quickly. iCAN might not be getting all of the internet love from reviewers but their wheels are exactly what I like. Steel spokes, a choice of hub, and rims that don’t slow you down.

Hello, communication, service, and information were great. The wheel spoke tension and dimensional accuracy are good, but not perfect. One spoke is twisted into the wind. An acceptance certificate is missing. It would be nice if replacement spokes could be supplied.

Great company that make decent products for very low prices! I bought an P1 custom painted frame from ICAN, chose my prefered parts and it look gorgeous, you can't even tell it's from China. The contact with company was effortless, very fast answering even on the same day through mailing and kind. The frame i wanted was black and white one with glitter on it and matt finish, the guy i mailed with did his best and brought my vision to reality. The frame arrived in about 2,5 week to Netherland, quality of the T700 and T800 carbon is very high as described. Only one concern i have apart from how good the paint, finish and logo's look, when disassembling rear triangle to grease all the bearings the paint fell off in about 4 spots which is not ideal. Afterall the frame came very well protected with all the parts included as headset, derailleur hanger etc. Very happy with my bike and big thanks to ICAN for great communication and professional service!

I have a rim-brake titanium bike, and I have a few 200km rides coming. I saw an ad that ICan Wheels had a discount and decided to try it. Two things I was hesitant about: 1) With rim-brake, whether it will be safe for braking on the long descent. 2) Will the carbon wheels be strong enough on some rough roads? Peggy (from ICan) confirmed that I should not have any problems. I wasn't sure, but I ordered anyway, Alpha 40-front and Alpha 50-rear. During the ride, I actually hit a few potholes. I thought the wheels would go out of true, but they were both rolling straight and fine. I finished a few 200km rides with the wheels, and I am happy with them. Thank you, Peggy!

two rides in, about 70 miles. nice ride, easy setup. couple of aesthetic comments. why is the front hub so narrow (small diameter)? thought that the small flange spacing would lead to wandering steering, but it tracks right on where you point it. great wheels so far, outstanding value.

The good: This is an amazing deal for a very high quality frame. All threads are prepped well and did not require chasing. Cable guides for the internally routed cables is a nice touch. The bike rides like a dream once set up properly. The bad: The rear shock mount requires shims for a perfect fit to avoid creaking. One of the linkage bolts loosened and was lost on a ride. *This was quickly replaced, no charge, however. I have since removed all the linkage bolts and applied Loctite with no subsequent problems. Overall I highly recommend this bike!!
