Hi . I live in Durban KZN I did order the Tosca Cadura 33 L Backpack from iBags to collect in store. A few days later Andrew from iBags contact me to inform me that the above mentioned bag are not available. Andrew said iBags can give me an alternative bag , that he will send me the pictures or the replacement bag. I ask him one question is it at least the same quality he guaranteed me it is much better , I said to him leave the pictures I will take your word for it. Andrew said they will courier the bag down to me as well at no extra cost . I received the bag in less than 24 hours in my hand. this bag is what Andrew promised me and they courier it to me this is the first time in my life that a Company has done that that i know of .
