Untight waiststraps
The waistraps are a little too long so I cant tighten it fully and therefore it makes some movements while running. Otherwise it is a very functional bag which will be very handy for my commuting. Wonderful pockets inside.

C'est le deuxième que j'achète, je ne sais plus me passer de ce modèle, par contre les deux sacs la petite fermeture éclaire à l'avant c'est cassée quelques semaines apres l'achat. Je sais pas si d'autres ont le même soucis...

Shipping seemed unreasonably slow and
Shipping seemed unreasonably slow and I was shocked to not receive information regarding the cause of the delays or at least an expected shipment date. I would have appreciated an estimate for the next update at minimum, or an estimated date of shipment and final delivery.

The best masks on the market!
We bought these ahead of a trip overseas with all the mask requirements. Really solid mask and so much more comfortable than others we’ve tried. Highly recommended - can feel it’s a very high quality product!

I still haven’t received it
I still haven’t received it even though I keep getting emails saying I have ? and they hope I enjoy it. Want me to rate it etc so my experience has been pretty meh to be honest. Maybe it will turn up one day and I can tell you all about it, maybe I’ll be contacting my card supplier telling them it’s a scam company and they don’t send you anything. We’ll see

Not accurate delivery dates at all
Did not arrive yet and I was told wrong delivery dates and then when I asked it aleays said next week, didnt arrive even a month later.
