Great shaker bottle! It feels sturdy and well made, the lid closes securely, and it’s easy to use. It mixes my shakes really well without leaking, and I love the size and design. Definitely a great bottle for everyday use.

This is my go to pre-workout! I have tried others and nothing gets the job done like this BURN. I find myself sweating more too which is always a plus because I tend to not sweat a lot no matter how hard I'm pushing myself. It doesn't leave me feeling jittery or the dreaded tingly feeling either!

I really like this supplement! No jitters and really helps me to get in a better workout when I lift! I have only used half a packet after my morning coffee on a fast and it works in about 15 minutes. Definitely excited to continue using it, especially on the days I lift!

I think it actually tastes really good. I was surprised, pleasantly. I have tasted other brands before and we kind of have to hold our nose and this one. I was all prepared to do that and then I just kept drinking it down. It tastes really good.

I drank it before teaching my fitness class at Crunch and I loved it and I think I worked everyone a little harder!
