Great communication, parts fit perfectly

The shipment required me to be present and sign for a delivery by UPS. This wasn't stated on the website or order confirmation. I wasn't at home to accept delivery. No notification was left by UPS stating they had been there. I didn't know until I went online track the shipment. The UPS website stated that I now needed to drive 10 miles to the local CVS, wait in their line to get my package. I
