Customer service was ok but I found the shipping to be very expensive plus the order was lost although probably not your fault.

Still have not received, order still says on time but delivery date was today

So far my experience has not been great. It took a long time to get my parts and when I received them, they had sent the wrong part. I’m hoping that this can be quickly amended. I will say the customer service representatives that I spoke with have been friendly and helpful but time will tell. I am curious to see how long it takes to get the correct part.

I had received to emails after my purchase to make sure that I had bought the right part. The employee who helped me made sure I had ordered the correct part. . . . which I didn't. But thanks to him I got the bolt that I needed. Honestly very grateful for having great service. Thank you.
