Very long shipping, almost a month

So far my experience has not been great. It took a long time to get my parts and when I received them, they had sent the wrong part. I’m hoping that this can be quickly amended. I will say the customer service representatives that I spoke with have been friendly and helpful but time will tell. I am curious to see how long it takes to get the correct part.

I had received to emails after my purchase to make sure that I had bought the right part. The employee who helped me made sure I had ordered the correct part. . . . which I didn't. But thanks to him I got the bolt that I needed. Honestly very grateful for having great service. Thank you.
