I just can’t say how happy I am to have found this company and their products. I don’t even mind that it takes time to get my product. I appreciate the packaging I get when I get my products, I appreciate the notes I get when I get my products, and I appreciate the details they pay attention to. I asked for my dogs name to go on one of of the collars and picked white with black lettering for a blue collar but in the notes stated that if the blue letters matched the color to feel free to change it out (since I couldn’t see the color of the blue letters to make sure). Well in the note they sent with my goods it stated they thought it matched perfectly and so they switched it out with the blue letters instead of the white letters and I agree with them. I am so happy they assisted me there. I hope y’all NEVER go anywhere. Can’t wait to make my next purchase!

Her collar is absolutely stunning and she’s the fanciest dog in my apartment building now!! lol the detailing of the collar is beautiful, I wish I would have ordered her one size smaller but that is my own fault and I will size down next time I order!
