My nitpicks are that the II had this 7. 0 audio button that you could toggle on, and this one doesn't. One would assume it's just naturally built in, but I feel like the audio quality isn't as high as the previous model. Also, the sensitivity on the mic is lower than the II as well. When I go to speak, I need to boost the audio by 10 decibels because it's just too quiet. It's comfortable to wear, the mic quality seems better when you can hear it, but other than that, it feels like a step down. It's passable, but they're kind of missing the mark on the things they should be exceling at.

I received one of my two items. I ordered the cloud III wireless headphones and he loves them and I also ordered horns for my own headphones and they have not come yet. I ordered them a few weeks ago
