Horrible Never ordering again The pants I ordered in size 4 were more like a size 8. When you get a credit cause you can’t get a refund the credit doesn’t work. It’s like a scam and then you order something after you try to contact Customer Service five times and they don’t respond and they finally do give you a different credit. It finally goes through and then you get a notification that the shipper has canceled your order a waste of my time and I’ll never order from them again and I’m sending this out as an added shopper and influencer.

Exceptional customer service

They delivered to the wrong location. I have not received it. On the UPS tracking when I click proof of delivery, there is no picture and says it was delivered to dock. Which is not my address and I have no idea what dock is. I am not happy because I was relying on having this dress for my best friends 40th birthday event.

I bought this Romper for my wife. She loves it, I think she looks incredible wearing it. It appears to be good quality, but what do I know? Shipping was fast and I received helpful customer service.

I made mistake in attempting to print label for returning the item. So, I have messages-it has already been returned. I wrote concerning problem and have had NO response. Help, me get another return label—-please

The shorts quality was very cheap. They were paper thin and looked nothing like the picture. The only option is store credit for returns but I don’t want other items.

I’ve orders twice now with no issues, clothing is excellent quality and very comfortable. My orders always arrive on time. Denim is light weight high quality but tend to be long. I am 5’3 My only wish is to add multiple inseam choices. ( Long and Short ) Thanks! I would highly recommend this store.

I ordered 2 items, and only 1 was delivered. When I contacted HYPEACH, the agent told me “in fact” 2 items were in the package because items are weighed and shipped to avoid human error. If both items were not delivered I should contact UPS. Ridiculous

I’m 5.2 112 lb got size 24 and fits comfortable. Not tight just the perfect look for baggy jeans. I’d say it’s a relaxed fit.
