Overall I have been quite pleased with every purchase that I've made from Hyo Silver.

I ordered a size 11 ring for my fiancé (which ended up being too small) so I had to exchange it, and the process was so easy! Stephanie helped me through the process, and I was worried it wouldn't be mailed in time (my fiancé wanted the ring as his wedding band). Stephanie made sure we were able to get the ring in time, and the package had a hand written note and extra goodies!!! I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful!! Thank you Stephanie A. & HYO !! :)

I never write reviews, however I have to write this one. We love this store and even though I've only been in the actual store once (well twice now) it is our favorite jewler for gifts for family. Megan is AMAZING an absolute jem! I was recently mugged while leaving a doctors office in San Antonio and even though I begged him not to take my first ring that my sig other bought me years ago from Hyo Silver he did. I called Megan that afternoon and the first words out of her mouth were "Oh no, are you ok?" Now she had never met me in her life and she had so much concern for me and actually apologized for what I was dealing with. I was shocked because most people don't show that level of concern anymore for others. Megan then went into desperately trying to find my ring which was more than 5 years old and she told me honestly that she didn't believe that style had been made for sometime now so I didn't have much hope in being able to replace it. Megan looked and asked a coworker to dig through files and of course they no longer make that ring and have retired it which is what I love about this store. However my heart dropped when she told me this and then she stated "I decided to look through the casses and I happened to find 2 leftover" OMG! Megan understand that I could easily buy a new ring and simply replace the stolen one but that I could not replace the sentiment and she could have suggested I find something new but Megan decided to actually look and make sure she exhausted all possibilities first and for that I am extremely greatful to her. Megan spent 2 days looking instead of giving up. I received it because she wanted me to actually look at it and be sure it was my ring and it is except for the size. I appreciated her so much that I decided to drive to Bandera to drop it off for sizing but mostly because I wanted to thank her in person for the kindness and concern that she showed me.
