Great customer service one of the best

I gave it a 4 based on the fact that I am not sure when it will break. This is my 4th bottle, I do like them, they hold on to cold and hot liquid for a good period of time. My issue is, you have to nurse the bottle or the filament/internals may break and you loose the hot/cold longevity the bottle offer.

I bought it specifically for the color and it wasn’t the same green as the picture. It looks more blue.

Easy to shop, great service, but the shipping cost needs to be revisited and adjusted, especially for small/light items.

Great water bottle for traveling

I was recently on a trip and taking sips from my Hydro Flax, without this amazing lip and due to bouncing roads I spilled more water than I drank. After returning homing I ordered this new lid with a straw and have been very happy so far.

For someone as lazy as me, I hate cleaning straws. This chug cap is just perfect, that way I don’t have to deal w/ big spills as well. Although, it might be a bit of nuisance trying to twist open the cap without loosening the bottom half, if you’re constantly refilling up your hydro flask. Other than that, this is perfect for my everyday use.

Awesome!

Love it!love it! Love it! Absolutely hands down the best water vessel company on the planet! Will. Always be my side kick on all my adventures…

Got quick tips to help fix rust issue and when it did not work, they did send me replacement bottle.

The bottle is lovely overall — sleek in design, stylish, and a really convenient size. Unfortunately, there is a noticeable design flaw with the straw. It seems to need to click very precisely into place to create a proper seal; otherwise, you get bubbling and air feedback when sipping, which makes drinking from it less smooth than it should be. It’s frustrating because the bottle itself is great, but something as fundamental as the drinking mechanism shouldn’t require so much adjustment to work properly. With a small improvement to the straw design, this would be an excellent product.

I love these and when they go on sale around Christmas time, I buy a bunch as gifts. We probably have 4-5 travel tumblers and we can mix and match all the straws and lids. It makes it really easy to put a clean one together. I have a million kids cups from other brands with all different lids and straws and I can ever find what goes with what or if I can be put in the dishwasher. Hydro flask solves all those problems. About to buy another one!

Awesom

Great product, 3rd one we've had this size. We also have smaller ones that are also great. They keep our water cold most of the day in 115° temperatures here in Southern Nevada

I like the color of the smallest one. Any the size perfect 👌

Great job!
