I bought this hydroflask from my dad back in 2021 and he absolutely loved it but I noticed there was a lot of wear and tear so recently I sent it back under hydroflask lifetime warranty and the process was so smooth! Now my dad can continue used his favorite water bottle!!

Their website is easy to navigate and use. When engraving you get to see how it will look on the cup before you buy it. Shipping is pretty fast and FedEx delivers when they say. I think all of mine that has been engraved habe arrived within a week. Totally happy!
