I want to sincerely thank the customer support team for being flexible and so helpful with my issue. I was disappointed at first, but they really took the time to understand the situation and did their best to fix it properly. I truly appreciate their effort and patience, and because of this experience, I would definitely trust them again for another purchase. As for the bottle, I haven’t tried it yet, but the color is very vibrant and the product feels very lightweight, which I really like. I also separately ordered the coffee mug and I’m very satisfied with it. It is very lightweight, keeps coffee warm for a long time, is easy to clean and carry, and also looks very aesthetic compared to other brands. Overall, I’m very happy with both the service and the products.

A water bottle size that's so perfect it seems inspired! Excellent capacity for all those times you're out and about in the city or for traveling. Forgot to empty my bottle before airport security—no problem, drank the 300 ml on the spot. Easy and quick to refill. Love this little bottle!

Ich habe zwei Wasserflaschen bestellt und bin insgesamt äußerst enttäuscht von dieser Erfahrung. Auf der Website wird eine maximale Lieferzeit von 6 Tagen angegeben, doch inzwischen sind mehr als 20 Tage vergangen und ich habe meine Bestellung immer noch nicht erhalten. Was die Situation noch frustrierender macht, ist die komplette fehlende Kommunikation. Ich habe per E-Mail Kontakt aufgenommen und eine Beschwerde eingereicht, aber bislang keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt weiß ich nicht einmal, ob oder wann ich meine Bestellung überhaupt erhalten werde.

Great to get a fresh new cap!

I was in desperate search for a small water bottle that would force me to get up and refill it so I would drink more water. I bought the 200ml a few months ago and loved it! But then Id fill the small one up with my espresso or tea and didnt have a vessel for water anymore. I was tempted to buy the 400ml micro hydro but the colors weren’t appealing to me when they first released. Hydroflask released more colors and I immediately bought the 400ml in oat to match my 200ml. Now I have both a warm beverage and my water to stay hydrated. Its wonderful not having a bulky water bottle in my bag anymore. There are smaller waterbottles but not as good a quality or trustworthy as Hydroflask.

I purchased this water bottle for my toddler but unfortunately it leaks very badly even when properly closed. Last week I got a note from her school teacher asking if it was possible to send her with a different water bottle due to the leakage problem. I can't recommend this product.
