I wish my grey cover had shipped at the same time as the white one. Changing out the pillow cover the first time was pretty daunting. I would have just slipped the grey one over the white one.

I love the pillow my shoulder doesn’t hurt anymore when I wake up from sleeping.

I would really love this pillow if it were a little thinner. It is very comfortable, but my neck hurts every day following the night I use it, and I think it's because the pillow sits too high. I havr severe pain in one ear, so I have to use an ear hole pillow, and I thought this one would be the solution. I did give it several tries, knowing that adjusting to a new pillow can take some time, but I still hurt the following day. If you make adjustments to the height, I will purchase a new one and try again because it is really comfy, and I love the microbead option.

This is the best pillow I have ever owned. I have zero regrets purchasing it. It has changed my life by finally having good quality sleep.

It did take a few weeks to receive my pillow, and the text coupon did not work at all- no one ever responded to my texts, so that’s why I would subtract one star. But as to the pillow itself- it is wonderful! Best pillow ever!
