Just got it back from repair. So happy with the service. Excellent communication, detailed invoice, kept me in the loop thru out the process and I got my watch back today! Looks brand new! Highly recommend!

Titanium SkyMaster like new!
I sent in my 12 year old SkyMaster for a refurb. Got it back this week. Watch is like brand new... like the day I bought it. HR takes their time, but it's well worth it. Extremely happy.

They did a excellent job on my watch, their was a slight delay in the repair time due to covid-19 but wouldn't hesitate to send my piece to them again very good at keeping you up to date on status of repairs'

So happy to receive my watch band. The only complaint is it took 6 months to receive. I understand it had to come from China, but there must be a faster way to service your customers in a more timely manner! Thank you.

It was difficult finding a
It was difficult finding a source to supply a watchband for my Citizen Golf watch. Then I found Hurley-Roberts. Eureka! I was surprised at the several week wait, but an interim email allayed my fears. And finally my watchband arrived, an EOM replacement. About 20 minutes later installed and watch is like new. Perfectly satisfied now. Will be using H-R again. Thanks guys, Gary
