At first, my husband and I were nervous to purchase this slide since we do not know anything about inflatables or reputable companies that sell them. We had read negative reviews and weren’t sure about paying over $3k to a company that wasn’t local. We live in central Illinois and the company is out of California. After contacting Jose for my receipt of purchase I was promptly sent the receipt the next business day, and also a confirmation email with other details. We had paid for it to be shipped a couple days early and to be unloaded at our house. After easily tracking the shipment to our local freight carrier, I was able to call the freight carrier to schedule my delivery. Our shipment got to the freight carrier days sooner than expected, and in turn days sooner to our house. Jose and Hullaballoo representatives were able to answer our questions before, during, and after we received our slide. The freight carrier also had excellent customer service and a wonderful driver. After setting the slide up to inspect it, we noticed the high quality material, intricate details, and high powered blower that came with it. This slide was nothing short of impressive and a ton of fun for kids and adults! We highly recommend Hullaballo, Jose, and his entire team!
