Almost immediate response when I inquired about a possible extended 30 day return period. Very polite and personal response to my situation. I have purchased the bag early to avoid the Christmas rush, etc. Great customer service. Unfortunately, it seems as if the 30 day return policy stands and I would not be able to return if my daughter-in-law has an issue with the bag once she opens at Christmas. We'll see! The bag looks to be in great shape and the wheels seem to work well, so fingers crossed that she loves it and it has no issues!
