Excellent. Easy ordering on the website, super quick delivery and always perfectly packed order.

Thank you Hu, great customer service and phenomenal chocolate.

I had not realised a review for "Amy" was going to be requested so I would not have disclosed my experience of my order on my chocolate review. I should have reserved it for this posting. I will however reiterate, Hu's chocolate is excellent

Always good service

Don’t know Amy

All good. Easy to use website and fast delivery. Great product

Great service, products were shipped on time and delivered earlier than expected.

Just keep doing what you do. 😁

My new favourite chocolate bar. Easy the best dark hazelnut chocolate I've tried! Found it to have a perfect hazelnut balance and can clearly taste the premium quality of real ingredients - the 60g bar (12x6cm) is expensive but the best of the best often is. Shipping is NOT express, took three days - this was during normal temperature days so not needing hot slow special delivery. It was a bit overpacked as it came in a large box, with further spacer protection inside, all that to ship two small packs of chocolate bars. Be great if they could tone that down a bit. The liquorice on the photo is 14cm tall for comparison. Also their UK support email doesn't work (bounced).

A great business; they provide the best chocolate out there and look after their customers 10/10 ⭐

Very good service and quick delivery

No issue with ordering or shipping process

Love Hu

Hu's easy online chocolate purchase is both good value and delicious. The chocolate arrives well packaged and is delivered promptly. I am delighted with Hu and their quality chocolates.

Chocolate always arrives in a couple of days which is great when you’re starting to get withdrawals symptoms because you ran out.
